Participation at conference EEBW 2010 including the associated events, conference proceedings in CD-ROM version, translation, refreshments and banquet (November 23, 2010).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by November 14th 2010 will receive a 50% refund. Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received after November 14th 2010, but delegates may be substituted or conference proceedings sent by mail. All cancellations must be made in written form and received by registered mail or fax.
You will receive an invoice at the registration desk during the conference, or if required we will send you an invoice by mail. Receipts of applications will be acknowledged. Applicants would be informed if there were no more places available at the conference (in this case all paid conference fees will be refunded).
